Make bio-degradable plastic
To make bio plastic from vinegar,glycerin and baking soda....
 Mix 1 Table spoon of starch: 7 table spoon of water(if u dont have starch just take potato juice and add some water and keep it for settling ..we can also use it)
 now add 2 teaspoon of CH3COOH(vinegar) to it .
 now add half teaspoon of baking soda+ 2 table spoon of water
 now add 2 drops of glycerin and mix it well
 now take a heating source(spirit lamp, gas stove etc)and stir it well ..we will get a glue like substance ..pour it on a surface and its ready!
